i like to take care of myself, good hygine, healthy foods, nice long walks, or jogging!!! but since it's winter i cant really excercise outside cause that's where i love to be...out, under the sun..so far i've lost 5 pounds lol...im gonna lose more that's my goal this month and when i do i'll keep it up..NO people, for those who are thinking i am fat or w/e!! I'm not, but i just like looking more slimer than ever lol and i need to get a membership at lifetime...or the place i used to go...my first baby step is to drink water!! yaayaaa CANT WAIT to start HAHA....from now on im gonna ask my mom to make me brocolli or some other veggie!! to eat anybody who want to help me out...and gimme some more TIPS id be more than happy to take ur suggestion........

MY ADVICE: Go read up on the "Abs Diet" which is made from the creator of Men's Health Magazine. It isn't so much a diet as it is a lifestyle. Seriously, it will help you shed the most pounds while giving you tons of choices to choose from.
Personally, I suggest eating hommous and veggies, but that's just me. Anything with fiber will make you less hungary. And anything dairy (healthy kinds) will make your midsection smaller.
Ask me any questions, I am nearly an expert on these things.
