You know, i am a nite person. When ppl feel tired at nite, im more alert. When im tired in the day, ppl are awake. I hate being a nite person, but i love it too :(

its just one study, it needs more research. One thing the article does not mention is that old people tend to wake up earlier in the morning because your sleep cycle decreases as u get older. Obviously, if u are old, uve already got problems in your arteries and your renal system is not filtering out as good as it use to (all this leads to heart problems)...so i think they made the connection between waking up early with heart problems this way. This study should only be conducted on a younger audience.

I sleep while everyone is waking up. But I get a good 8-9 hours of sleep. :)

That's gotta be some bs...ALOT of people wake up early and i'm sure by now they would have problems with their caridovascular system..Keeping track of u what eat, exercising, and staying in good health is all that matters..
