its easy...here's what need:

16 cups plain yogurt
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/4 cup olive oil

optional - any fresh herb you have and any spices your heart desires. Or you could do it plain with what is listed above. I like to use chives, dill, or cilantro with pepper. I've also done it with honey and raisins, honey and cinnamon, whatever you want really.

here's what to do:

Line a large colander with a cheesecloth. Stir salt into the yogurt, and pour the yogurt into the cheesecloth. Set the colander in the sink or bowl to catch the liquid that drains off. Leave to drain for 24 hours.
After draining for the 24-48 hours (depending on th thickness you want, keep checking it but remember you're going to add a little bit of olive oil), transfer the resulting cheese to a bowl. Stir in the olive oil. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.easy and so good! it will keep for at least a week if you used fresh yogurt. enjoy!

sure, seriously you can put anything in there - even nuts like chopped walnuts in the honey cinnamon one.

whatever you want, think of it as cream cheese

well its really simple

you take your labne, how ever much you want put it in a bowl, then you add these ingredients to it

Dill
Chopped garlic, once again how ever much you want
Salt
Black pepper
Fresh squeezed lemon, for small bowl a few squeezes
Olive oil, for a small bowl about tbsp.

mix it all up and eat.

i let it sit for little bit so all the flavors mix good.

OK stupid question, do you leave it to drain out side or put it in the fridge?
