I've eaten grubs and scorpions in Viet Nam. Can't say I liked them though.

Baqlawa is of course awesome.

There is a recipe in a Chaldean cookbook I have that's really good. It is so much better than the Greek version because it has sugar syrup, cardomon, rose water, and wiskey in it.

Homemade tomato sauce and onions topped with caciocavallo cheese, seasoned bread crumbs, oregano & olive oil.

Most Italian boaters like to put anchovies in it which I highly discourage!

When prepared correctly its too die for!
