So I try to eat tuna fish as much as I can, but I always forget that I have them in our closet lol.
Any nutrition facts that I need to know?
and for Cathy, any special Tuna dishes that do not require a lot of cooking u can suggest here?

Nutrition facts are on the back of the label.
And tuna is very bland and nasty in my opinion but it's a good source of protein. Make a salad out of it or something.
The only reason I eat tuna is for the protein. It's gotta be in a salad or sandwitch though. I'm not crazy about the taste either.

BONO, have you tried Spicy Tuna Rolls (the healthiest rolls BY THE WAY)? You should also try raw tuna (sashimi)..Tuna looks better before it is shredded in a can. That is where I get most of my Omega-3 fatty acids from. Sushi is EXCELLENT for protein and omega 3's, and because the rice is so little on the roll, carbs really are not a problem.
Also, if you must pick the can variety, go for the water based and NOT oil based canned tuna for maximum protein and health benefits.
Finally if you flat out don't like them, go for the supplement..I used to be on it until I discovered sushi, especially sashimi tuna..

Sushi is the bomb! (that's right, I said "the bomb")
It's so damn good and tasty but I only eat it on special occasions or if I go out. Especially when you dip it in some soy sauce. It is good enough to make me have an orgasm.

Careful about the high levels of heavy metal salts in tuna (and swordfish). The mercury is especially high since tuna are higher up on the food chain and it tends to concetrate.
Try substituting canned salmon instead.

thanks for all the advice, but I'm gonna have to stop eating tuna since Cathy threatened our relationship if I continue to eating Tuna.

Yeah ive seen that in studies as well, that pregnant women are told to stay away from canned tuna. Cause it can be harmful to the baby.

It won't be allowed in the house. You can throw it on the barbie if you want!
