I use multi vitamins. They give you more energy, but sometimes ruin my sleep. They can also increase your sex drive if you use the higher end ones with stuff like jinsing in them.

I take a multi vitamin but not every day, whenever I remember...about half the time. My hair and nails and skin improve, have more energy and better sleep.

I should email you my presentation id id for my communications class lol. I take iron pills cause well i need it and i see a difference. which reminds me i gotta take it now lol. Well if i didnt start taking them, all i felt was tired and lazy and wanting to sleep allll day. But i see a big difference thank god!

It will get filtered by the earth that functions as a filter and when the water ends to the underground water streams it will be perfectly clean.

Then why do they make a big deal about other products and chemicals we pour down the drain?? I'm sure our water has been affected by all types of prescription pills.

I was wondering about the Viagra because a friend of mine had a get together at their house. The next day when they were cleaning up they found a Viagra pill on the carpet. They said they flushed it down the toilet because they didn't want their kids to think it was candy or something. They said it was for sure Viagra because it was blue and had the company "Pfizer" on it. They never asked any of the guests the next day if anyone had lost some pills. They were too embarassed!! They were just trying to think about which people sat by that end of the couch during the evening. It drove them nuts from the curiousity. So they just flushed it down the toilet.
