Whenever I go out to eat with Caz, she always makes jokes about how the waiter needs to put a pitcher next to me bc no joke, he'll need to fill up my water at least 3 times..

i think you're supposed to drink a minimum of 8 cups of water which equals the equivalence of 8oz per cup...so you should drink in conversion 3.2 20oz bottles

I drink 5 jugs, which is about more than 20 bottles. My cousin drinks 3 a day and he goes to the bathroom about a dozen times over a day. He is always in there.
