I'd not trying to invade anybody's personal lives, but I'm interested in hearing what everyones favorite position is. If it's too personal to talk about, then you don't have to answer the question, thats all. I just think this activity is more healthier than the pleasure and relaxation you get from after you're worn out and exhausted.

Anyways, to get to the point; my favorite position to perform bench presses is performing them close-grip. This is described as placing your hands only about 10-14 inches away from eachother in the middle of the barbell, as opposed to placing them on each side of the barbell (a normal bench-press.) Why I enjoy this so much is because it accentuates the inner pectorals and places a tremendous workload on the triceps. Theres alot of power involved when using your tricep muscles and when correctly built; it shows the most on your arms (because it has three 'heads' and is responsible for 2/3 of your upper arms muscle mass.) The regular bench-press workout is too boring for me (we've been all doing bench presses since we were 12!) and other bench-press exercises give you much less in return when doing them. One example is the Reverse-Grip, which basically means you're going to have multiple joint problems, most notably in the wrist areas, and also replicates a weaker movement, thus reducing its efficancy.
What's your favorite position?

Cathy, you are too old. LOL
2.emohttp://static.urbandictionary.com/thumbsup.gif (javascript:void(0))17154 up, 7048 downhttp://static.urbandictionary.com/thumbsdown.gif (javascript:void(0))An entire subculture of people (usually angsty teens) with a fake personality. The concept of Emo is actually a vicious cycle that never ends, to the utter failing of humanity, and it goes something like this:
1. Girls say they like "sensitive guys" (lie)
2. Guy finds out, so he listens to faggy emo music and dresses like a dork so chicks will see that he is sensitive and not afraid to express himself (lie). He dyes his hair black, wraps himself in a stupid looking scarf, develops an eating disorder, and rants about how "nobody understands".
3. Now an emo guy, he meets Emo chick and they start dating, talking about how their well-off suburban lifestyles are terrible and depressing (lie)
4. Emo guy is just too much of a pussy. His penis is too small, he's too depressed to bathe, and has more mood swings than emo chick, and he doesn't even have a menstrual cycle. Emo chick dumps him, saying "It's not you, it's me." (lie) as she drives off with Wayne, the school jock and captain of the football team.
5. Emo guy goes home and cries, proceeds to write a weak song and strum a single string on his acoustic guitar. Another emo chick sees how he is so in touch with his feelings, and the cycle continues.
This is the sad truth of the emo lifestyle/music, and now that I look at how pathetic it really is, maybe the emos DO have something to cry about!
When she sees how sensitive and emo I have become, she'll definately go out with me!
