Dolma with the sour lemon taste is really good. I like it moist, not dry. With yogurt (masta). DAMN that's good. :ohyes:

Sour moist dolma with a little spice to it is awesome. Does anyone like the stuffed jalepenos? Those things rock!

Never had dolma made with stuffed jalapenos. That sounds interesting. I've had stuffed green peppers and onions but the grape leaves and the best.

I heard a lot about dolma made with chicken instead of beef. Sounded really good but when I tried it I wasn't impressed.

Wouldn't it be interesting if someone made dolma using fish meat instead of beef? Eeeew

The stuffed jalepenos are the bomb! lol Fish meat in dolma would be disgusting. Dolma's one of my favorite dishes, but for me, it makes me feel more bloated than actually full. Not sure if that makes sense. It's probably because of all the rice.

The stuffed jalapenos is something I would totally do. I dice jalapenos into tiny bits for kufta....lol

Anyways for dolma I like it lemony and mushy and falling apart. The lemon doozie is what we use.

 @ lemon doozie. I bet our relatives in Telkeppeh are dying of laughter, or pissed off with disappointment.

Honestly, anything related to or looking like a squash is fair game for dolma.

& lebanese are stupid, cause they only know it as "wara' inib" LMAO

My usage of religious undertones is on purpose, because my brothers who love dolma with lemon we have traitors among us. Rita78 and Mr.Brownstone don’t like lemon on their dolma. And, the day of judgment is at hand, and they shall suffer the consequnces and wrath, for this most foul sin can not be forgiven.

Just joking!

I win Rita78!!!!!!!!!

I put about 3 lemons in my dolma if the pot is small and if the pot is big about 5. Plus I have to have my dolma juicy and lemony. Yummy yummy good, it's making my mouth water right now lol.
