Introduction..Tell us about yourself
Hello all where should I start???? Well for those who don't know my name is Renee and I’m 29 years old born on July 5 which is probably why I love summers so much. I'm the oldest of 6 children. I have 2 sisters and 3 brothers. My family is very important to me and I will become an aunt in July...can’t wait!!!!!! Anyway enough about them back to me I'm an accountant which I know for most of you probably seems kind of boring but I love the structure of it. Before becoming an accountant I was a party store princess just like most of you. I think it’s a rite of passage as a Chaldean you must work in a party store! I have a very small group of friends which for the most part is because I find it very hard to trust people. The friends I do have are amazing and I wouldn’t trade them for the world. When I’m your friend there are very few things that I wouldn’t do for you. I’m an easy going person who is always making those around me laugh.

3) Most Interesting Member/s
How about the guy who thought posting a picture of himself naked in a tub was a good idea. Yossip I still can’t figure that guy out.
4) How did you find CC?
My friend Zeek kept telling me Renee you need to check out this site my friend Sam put together. He thought
I’d make a wonderful addition and after him harassing me to check out the site day after day I finally did and enjoyed it….lucky for you guys huh lol.
5) What type of man are you attracted to physical/mental?
Well I know everyone likes to say that looks aren’t important but let’s all be serious there has to be an initial attraction there or forget it. Obviously what is attractive to me might not be attractive to you but here is what I like…..physically he needs to be clean cut. I don’t like long hair on a man and a little bit of facial hair is ok like the 1 or 2 day scruffy look but usually I need them to be clean shaven. I like dark hair and dark or light eyes are both nice. I need him to be bigger than I am and can’t be stick thin. I actually like the somewhat chubby teddy bear look..not overweight just a little bit of extra padding lol.
Mentally I need an intelligent man who can carry on a conversation with me that consists of more than just beer, bars and sex. I want him to be funny and caring.
6) What experiences in your life have contributed to who you are today?
My senior year in high school I started having episodes of rapid heart rhythm that actually lasted a few days at a time. Needless to say I had to see a cardiologist and went through test after test. It was quite an ordeal for a while and the little things don’t seem so important when you’re faced with the possibility of having to conquer a major illness. I ended up being fine but this experience helped me and still helps me realize what the truly important things in life are.
7) Arranged marriages within Chaldean culture do you agree?
I think that there have been many arranged marriages within our community that turned out rather well. I will use my parents as an example. They met, got engaged and were married all within 45 days (dads visitor visa was going to expire lol) and have been married for 31 years. They have an amazing relationship and amaze me how close they remain after all these years. With that said I believe that my parents are one of the lucky couples. There are many people who sadly are in marriages that are not happy. For me going into something as huge as marriage blindly isn’t going to work. I need to know the person I vow to love honor and cherish for the rest of my life before making that commitment. Lastly, I think marriage whether it be arranged or not takes a lot of hard work. Many people these days don’t put in the hard work necessary to keep a marriage going. It’s not always going to be flowers and candy, there are going to be ups and downs but working through the downs with someone u love is much better than going through them alone.
8) What misconceptions do you think people have of you?
I think a lot of people on the site have this impression of me being some virginal prude or someone who doesn’t know how to have fun and that’s not the case. I love to have fun and enjoy life. I just have very strong convictions and beliefs and won’t compromise those for anything or anyone.
9) If given the choice would you play "God" for a day & why?
I think that God has the hardest job ever but if I could take over the world for one day I would so I could bring peace and understanding to all people. People are blowing themselves up just to kill people because they don’t believe in the same prophet? Doesn’t make any sense to me. We need to create nuclear weapons to protect ourselves from each other. Why exactly would we attack each other with nuclear weapons? By the way God could bring peace to earth instantly but we have been given the opportunity to do this ourselves by following the teachings that were given to us. One day all will be put in its place.
10) What do you do on your spare time?
I don’t have much spare time. I have a full time job and then help my dad and brothers with all their business endeavors but when I’m not doing that I enjoy shopping, movies, watching tv, chatting online, and just recently began a belly dancing class. The class is soooo much fun.
11) 4 of your biggest fears?
1. Losing a loved one
2. Disappointing my friends and family
3. Not finding someone to spend my life with.
4. I know a lot of people listed God as one of their biggest fears but I don’t think God should be feared.
12) Why do you think gay's & lesbians aren’t so vocal about their sexuality within Chaldean culture?
For the same reason Chaldeans hide other things such as illness or differing opinions. Chaldeans are so afraid that if they are somewhat different from the “norm” they will not be accepted and in fact be isolated and ridiculed. I may not agree with the lifestyle but I don’t judge because I have no right to.
13) Do you believe in "heaven" & "hell"...if so what do you think they’re like?
Yes I do. I’m not exactly sure what either of them is going to be like and hope I never have to experience Hell but if I did I think Hell is meant to punish and what better way to punish someone than to expose them to what they feared or hated most in life. Heaven on the other hand to me is a beautiful place where people do not suffer. There will be no death or pain; there will be no hate or jealousy. All of the people in Heaven will live together peacefully.
14) Who do you support in the current presidential runnings & why?
I’m still undecided but I keep saying that the Democrats could have had this election in the bag since President idiot has done such a horrible job except for the fact that their leading candidates are a woman and an African American. I believe this country is still to prejudice to allow either of those two to become President. I have to do some more research but Mit Romney seems like he might have some good ideas, Huckabee wants to dismantle the IRS which I love, and I keep hearing about Ron Paul. I really feel strongly about the pro-life issue and would hope that someone would fix the economy and get us out of the mess we’re in politically overseas. We had no business in Iraq to begin with.
15) Do you believe in reincarnation..if so what form would you come back as?
No I don’t believe in reincarnation but if I did I’d want to come back as a Bill Gates…..no no I’d want to come back as the wife of Bill Gates who was smart enough to land the richest man in the world and with all that money I could do whatever I wanted.
16) "To one who has faith no explanation is necessary To one without faith no explanation is possible"
What do you make of that quote?
I believe even for those who have faith there are many times where an explanation is sought after. The strongest in faith can waiver when something such as illness or death strikes their life especially when it is an unexpected tragedy. How do you explain to those who lose their parents early that its Gods will and shouldn’t be questioned? To one without faith no explanation is possible is untrue. I believe people can be brought to faith with time.
17) What are your pet peeves?
Chaldean mothers who call your house attempting to get their son hooked up by listing all the stuff they are going to buy you after you marry their prince charming. Girls and guys who say one thing but do another…just don’t say anything it’s much less annoying. People who feel their location east or west of Woodward defines who they are or who others aren’t. It’s just your address people!!!!
18) Pepsi OR Coke?
Pepsi unless its frozen then it has to be Coke. I used to drink so much pop a doctor actually told me that I needed to make a serious effort to drink water, milk or juice and to put the 2 liter down lol.
19) If you were stuck in a room who from CC would you pick to be in there with you?
Ok what type of room are we talking? Family room so we can watch a movie, bedroom so we can take a nap (wink wink) lol. I would invite all the active members of Chaldean chat. Can you imagine if all of us actually came face to face in one room? Talk about some drama!
20) Have you ever been in love...& what does the word "love" mean to you?
No I have never been in love but I’m hoping to find it one day….SOON lol. The world love means caring for another person so much that you would sacrifice yourself or your own happiness for them. Wanting more for that person than u want for yourself. I’m sure all of you who are parents agree with me. You would sacrifice your own happiness for your children’s happiness because you love them.
21) It's Been said the end of the world will be on Dec 21 2012...what will you be doin that day?
I don’t know are u free that night Jerk????? Lol Actually I don’t think anyone really knows when the end of the world will actually happen but if I did I would be spending it with the most important people in my life in Church praying. Hey if God is coming I want to be on his good side lol.
22) What magical power do you wish to have?
The power to grant wishes, I love making other people happy and having the power to grant wishes would be amazing. Can you imagine being able to give someone anything they wanted? Poof here a Ferrari poof heres your island getaway
23) Why do you think people only post pictures in the album & claim not to know how to post on threads?
Not sure because there are plenty of people on the site who would happily explain how to post a pic in a thread.
24) Why don’t you post as often as you used to?
When I first joined CC there were many more serious topics that interested me and that I had opinions on. I think we have lost some of that. How many times can we discuss blowjobs or what you do when you’re on the toilet?
Conclusion...final thoughts
