Upgrade Chatbox...
Change placement
i have seen better chat apps for vbulletin, i think one is needed.
If you change the placement to the bottom of every page, or make it smaller and put it to the top of the page, more people will and can chat.
anyone else have thoughts or ideas?

making it smaller than what it is now, would be annoying.
there is a "live chat" link on top of every page, that can be used.
I'd like to have a popup window for it though, so if clicked on Live chat it would open up a window with the chat.
we used to have a flash chat, that was a full blown chat system with private rooms among others. But it seems like the shout box was always used more.
Also some of those applications takes up a lot of server power that we're already running low on.

another option would be, we can make it when you click live chat, it will open a small frame at the bottom of the page, where you could chat
