Does anyone have a home cure for casa b zala? my mom used to make something called chai hamoosa. I guess it was just a lemon tea of sorts. Anyways, let me know guys. I sure could use some relief!!!!!!!!!!!:(

-masta/liben with white rice
-applesauce
-yogurt

and i know this sounds weird but dont let the cold hit ur stomach, make sure you button up ur coat

you mom used " nommie basara" with tea. or you can just boil up nommie basara with water, drink it and you will be fine. go to any chaldean or arabic store they have nommie basara. btw, nommie basara its dry lime.

You are welcome;) I have children and the doctors always push this diet before medication and it always seems to work. The yogurt is very important because the flora (healthy bacteria in yogurt) helps stabilize your digestive system.
