GEORGE W. BUSH (I swiped this off another board)
The White House, USA

INTERNATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS PRESIDENT

* I attacked and occupied two countries.

* I am the first president in US history to order a military occupation of a sovereign nation against the will of the United Nations and the world community.

* I withdrew from or abrogated more international treaties than any president in US history.

* I refuse to recognize the jurisdiction of the World Court.

* I refuse to allow international or Red Cross access to US prisoners of war; I no longer abide by the Geneva Conventions.

* I took the world's sympathy after 9-11 and in less than a year made the US the most resented country in the world, possibly the biggest diplomatic failure in US history.

* I am the first US president to have a majority of the people of Europe (71%) view my presidency as the greatest threat to world peace and stability.

* I am the first US president to have the people of South Korea feel more threatened by the US than by their immediate neighbor, North Korea.

* I refused United Nations election inspectors access during the 2002 US elections.

* I am the first president in US history to have the United Nations
remove the US from its Human Rights Commission.

* I am the first president in US history to have the United Nations
remove the US from its Elections Monitoring Board.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
ECONOMIC ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS PRESIDENT

* I spent the U.S. surplus and shattered the record for the biggest annual deficit in history.

* I set the all-time record for biggest annual spending increases, more than any other president in US history.

* I set a record for the most private bankruptcies in any 12-month
period.

* I set the all-time record for the most foreclosures in any 12-month period.

* I set the all-time r! ecord for the biggest drop in the history of the stock market.

* I presided over the biggest corporate stock market fraud in any
country in the history of the world.

* After taking the entire month of August off for vacation, I presided over the worst security failure in US history.

* In my first two years in office over 2 million Americans lost their
jobs.

* I cut unemployment benefits for more out-of-work Americans than any president in US history.

* I presided over the biggest energy crises in US history and refused to intervene when corruption was revealed.

* I presided over the highest gasoline prices in US history and refused to use the national reserves as past presidents have.

* I cut health care benefits for war veterans.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
PERSONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS PRESIDENT

* I am the first president in decades to execute a federal prisoner.

* In my first year in office I set the all-time record for most days on vacation by any president in US history.

* I am the first US president to run and hide when the country came under attack (and then lied, saying Air Force 1 was threatened).

* I have at least one conviction for drunk driving in Maine. My driving and arrest record (including a rumored cocaine conviction) in Texas has been erased and is not available. I refuse to take drug tests or to answer any questions about drug use.

* I was AWOL from the National Guard for a year during time of war. For anyone else, that would have triggered automatic active service and likely duty in Vietnam; it did not for me. In fact, I sought, and received, early discharge.

* All records of my tenure as governor of Texas have been sent to my father's library, sealed and unavailable for public view.

* All records of SEC investigations into my insider trading or bankrupt companies are sealed and unavailable for public view.

* All minutes of meetings of any public corporati on of which I was a director are sealed and unavailable for public view.

* All records or minutes from meetings I or my Vice President attended regarding public energy policy are sealed and unavailable for public review.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
POLITICAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS PRESIDENT

* I set the record for most campaign fund-raising trips by any president in US history.

* I appointed more convicted criminals to administration positions than any president in US history.

* I set the all-time record for number of administration appointees who violated USA law by not selling their investments in corporations bidding for government contracts.

* I changed US policy to allow convicted criminals to be awarded
government contracts.

* I set the record for the fewest press conferences of any president since the advent of TV.

* I set the all-time record for most people worldwide to simultaneously take to the streets to protest against me -- 15 million, the most against any person in the history of mankind.

* I've made my presidency the most secretive and unaccountable of any in US history.

* Members of my cabinet are the richest of any administration in US history. (The poorest multimillionaire, Condoleeza Rice, has a Chevron oil tanker named after her).

* I have created the largest government bureaucracy in the history of the United States (Homeland Security).

* I am the all-time US (and world) record holder for most corporate campaign donations.

* The biggest lifetime contributor to my campaign, who is also one of my best friends, presided over one of the largest corporate bankruptcy frauds in world history: Kenneth Lay, former CEO of Enron Corporation.

* I spend more money on polls and focus groups than any president in US history.

Times have changed, the old rules don't really apply nowdays. Laws and rules are always changing with the times anyways (imagine if prohabition was still in effect).

The worst things us american citizens used to have to worry about in the past was the President getting a tight Blow job in the oval office (Not that there is anything wrong with that). But Imagine how many Saddam got!

However, times have changed and the rules have changed. Now we have to worry about muslims flying planes into our buildings or blowing up public places up with innocent people.

My family left Iran to escape Islam only to be fearing Islam yet again in our new home.

No doubt the USA goverment can be currupt, but what government or people with power isn't? I know one thing is for sure.. I would have never wanted President's Bush's job on 9/11, not even if they offered me a million dollars. No matter what he did, he would have been hated. If he sat by and did nothing, he would have been hated. Or if he decided to take action like he did, he would have been hated like he is now. It's like "Damned if you do, Damned if you don't".

Proud to be in the USA and "Armenian-American". My family and myself have a very good life now that we live in the USA. We would have nothing if we lived in Iran and in the 1970's was a bad time in Iran. I have had family members killed in Iran. I can't imagine what my life would be like (if I even would still have one) if my father did not decide to move to the USA. :D

I think Bush like other presidents made mistakes.

well yeah we make mistakes. We are a new nation that has only been around for a couple of hundred years and already has a melting pot of 280 million plus. Just as all of the other nations in the world that were once strong and then fell, we learn from our mistakes. :alright:

Lets just hope for the best during next years election. Thank God for freedom of speech and the right to vote. And Thank God we have the opportunity of a new leader every four years. Either way, for SURE Bush will be out by 2008 I guarantee. No leader has even been in power for more than 8 years, there is a law against it, unlike in a Dictatorship.

P.S., I am curious on how Al Gore would have reacted during 9/11. Anyone have any theories?

Sam your a smart man, I am sure you might come up with a good one bro. ;)

And keep in mind that terrorist attacks were under way even when Clinton was President (who, unlike Bush is a Democrat) . Most people don't know that Clinton himself tossed a few missles into Iraq. But for some reason, nobody in the USA complained. Clinton also bomded the HELL out of former Yugoslavia. Still no one in the USA seemed to complain about that either. But Clinton gets ONE lousy blow job and its the end of the world for Americans. While Saddam himself was getting a BJ everday by a different female.

I just find it strange

Is anybody aware of the fact that the World Trade Center was bombed during Clinton's first month in office as president and thousands of people were injured? Just wondering.

Yes Chaldean that is true.. thats why I said "terrorist attacks were under way even when Clinton was President"

I think now terrorism is beggining to finally be classified as a world wide epidemic. Sad that it had to take the UN embassy being bombed to have people open thier eyes.
