Yes, and they pass laws at their own discretion...for their own good. *not ours. *that's hardly a representation of the populace.

Personally i think anyone should be allowed to run for president regardless of where they are from. *i think arnold should be allowed to run for president, but i would never want him to be elected. look at it this way, you cant chose the country of your birth, but you can choose the country you want to live in.
