Should we really blindly listen to Celebrities?

Most celebrities these days have strong opinions (which is their right) especially when it comes to world events and politics. *Do you feel celebrities are generally genuine people? *Or are they mostly just a bunch of “Actors” and “Actresses“? *I see Celebrities in the media talking about world events with such “knowledge”, enthusiasm, and emotion. *Yet they live a very sheltered life as multi-millionaires with Mansions, exotic cars, plastic surgery, and a string of failed marriages.

Honestly, if a celeb had some issues 2 bring to the table and they were valid, I'd definately try to hear what they have 2 say. Just because they are celbs doesn't mean they are not people or smart. It's not like whatever comes out of a celebrity's mouth, I'd listen.

Example: P Diddy & his whole Vote or Die campaign. Many people listen & registered 2 vote because they realized he had a point. We decide our future and no one should sit back and not care about it.
