INTRODUCTION: tell us a little about yourself...
My name is Rafah Hani Odish and I’m the youngest of four kids in my original family and the 3rd oldest from my second family (which consists of Zeek, Neo, SamIam, and The Godfather). *I was born in Iraq in 1978 and came to the U.S. on the Mayflower in 1990. *I’m a systems engineer currently working at DaimlerChrysler. *Chrysler hates me because I drive a Honda &

MUSIC- I love Classic Rock such as U2, Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, Pearl Jam, Pink Floyd,Arabic and Chaldean music are my favorite music etc. *It’s classic because I can listen to that music any day and not say it’s “out played, old school, etc.” *I also listen to POP and a little of Rap when I’m bored or when I’m with the gang.
FOOD- Well, if I don’t eat rice once a day, I don’t get satisfied. *I also love Rizza. * *
COLONGE/PERFUME- I like to try different kinds of colognes, so I always purchase the smaller size of a cologne so I can get a newer one sooner. *I currently have Echo and it’s really good.
BRAND NAME- Mercedes (AMG), Acura, and Ferrari
CELEBRITY- Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, and Harrison Ford.

SPORT- I love to watch Hockey I’m not sure if you’ve heard of this sport. I love soccer, especially the World Cup and the European Cup. I also like to watch and play Basketball, and Football. *My favorite teams are all the Detroit ones. *

Why did you join Chaldean.chat & why did you stay?
Site Administrator put a gun to my head and forced me to join. *I stay because I’ve learned a lot from it, and I like to stay in a place that teaches me things about life, people, personality, etc.
Do you think Religion still has a place in our society? *
I BELIVE that religion plays a key role in our day to day life and a lot of times we don’t even notice it b/c we believe with our eyes and not with our minds.
You seem to really enjoy messing with peoples heads..so whose your favorite person to mess with & why?
I love to mess around with people to see how far I can lead them on, as long as there is no harm being done. *I love to mess with Andys Wifey because she is so naïve and since OLIVIA doesn’t come on the site anymore. *I love to talk to these Telemarketers that call my house and try to sell me something. *I just make fun of them on all day long. *This one telemarketer was trying to refinance my house and I kept talking to him about how the Red Wings won their 3rd championship back in 2002. *He ended up hanging up on me.
What do you do when you’re not on the forum?
Well, now that Sam has bought a house, it has become my 2nd home. *I also exercise, go to school (pursuing my MBA) and get on the forum.
Do you have any hobbies?
I collect Liquor shots (so if you have any please let me know and I’ll buy them from you) and I currently have 269 different kinds. *I also like to read, especially the Bible, because it relaxes me. *I also love cars, but I’m not in love with them!!!!
Would you marry a girl outside of your culture & why?
Well, Love is blind. *I’ve been out with non-Chaldean girls before and didn’t mind marrying them. *But it’s these little things that I always want me to get married to a Chaldean girl. *Such as the middle eastern food (Rizza), kids speaking Chaldean, religion, society, chemistry, etc. *I believe that a couple can’t survive on their own. *They need other people with them, which include family and close friends.
Pepsi or Coke?....Do you think there’s a difference?
I’m not a big fan of either, but if I had to pick, then Pepsi all the way. *It’s not as sweet. *Although Cognac tastes better when it’s mixed with Coke. *I’m more of a water drinker. *I also like Gatorade.
Angelina Jolie or Jennifer Aniston & why? *
Angelina Jolie, because I like girls with long dark hair. *And those lips…..enough said. *If I had to pick one out of this list, I would go with Vanessa Marcil . *She is the topest of all notches, the Great Bambino, Breath Taking, every man’s dream, Bad Boy Killa, etc.
What misconceptions do you think people have of you that you’d like to clear up?
I really don’t have any misconceptions. *I’m simple enough to figure out.
What experiences or challenges have made you the person you are today?
Working since I was eleven, and supporting my family since I was 21. *I’m like a married man without a wife. *These challenges made me realize the value of money and to spend it wisely.
What is your ideal girl?
I believe that physical attraction (stomach and face) is the first step when I see a girl. *I then look for simplicity and cleverness. *
What’s your fondest childhood memory?
I’ll never forget the day I fell of my bike when I was 7. *My foot got stuck between inside the front wheel and twisted it like hell. *I couldn’t walk on it for a month.
Who do you look to for inspiration or guidance? *
Definitely my best friends. *I also look for my parents and my ex-boss.
Do you consider yourself an American or a Chaldean?
I’m Chaldean American born in Iraq.
Are you aware of Sam’s Drinking? & if so why does he get so shitfaced drunk & come onto the forums? *
I’ve known Sam for about 14 years, and he never seizes to amaze me when he is drunk.

Good question!!! *I used to try to make everyone happy even if it meant hurting me. *But I’m beginning to do what I like best since it gives me a sense of relaxation and comfort.
Why do you think Men die before Women?is it cause of their constant nagging?
Well, I’m getting used to the nagging from all the Women But I don’t know, I look at myself and I know I’ll die first because I stress out a lot (because of work), and don’t exercise enough. *
