INTRODUCTION- Tell us a little about yourself..

My name is Yasmine and I am Iraqi-American Chaldean girl from Los Angeles. I'm originally from Detroit (back in the day). I am a Gemini and love to drink yummy lattes and also fruit smoothies. I don't like Caribou Coffee or Starbucks so my habit has waned while I've been in Detroit. I have a shopping addicition which I openly admit. I love the Middle East and can't wait to go soon. My favorite thing to do is be creative, especially in acting and films. I love my family and that's why I'm in Detroit now. I am Catholic. I want to go to Italy and Greece.

FUNNIEST MEMBER/S

Jerkface, Nibras, Pfizzle

MOST INTERESTING MEMBER/S

I'd love to one day interview Umi, Max, Ojeen, and Senalko because they have had different experiences or perspectives than I have. So I guess to me, they are very interesting people.

Why did you join chaldean.chat? & why did you stay?

I joined back in October to promote the documentary (VOI) and stayed because the discussions are interesting, because I like talking with other Chaldos (I feel super removed from the community because I live in LA) and because there are too many funny things that go on in there. THIS SITE IS *&*%&% ADDICTING. *

Panties/Thong/G-string/Granny Panties....which do you prefer?

LOL my dad would be ashamed of me if I answered this question :-)

"Pick your nose pick your bum now you have some bubble gum" do you think this phrase is true & or have you ever tried it?

yeah it's a delicious cocktail of bodily grossities...... YUM.... recycle baby recycle.

So Missbaghdad WHO wears short shorts? & why?

George W Bush because he doesn't know any better

You don't seem to be have any "issues" with anyone..why do you think that is? nobody picks on you?

I don't like to fight with people... especially online! I think it's lame but sometimes I can't stop myself if people are annoying or stupid. I don't tolerate stupidity. LMAO

What would be your dream role to play?

Anything in a silly comedy with Adam Sandler or Ben Stiller! I would also like to play John Stamos' love interest!

What role have you played that you are most proud of & why?

One of my favorite characters that I've portrayed was Nahed Sharaf in "Salam Shalom: A Tale of Passion" because I got to experience her transformations. Nahed is a Palestinian-American girl who has a youthful energy and a big heart. She falls in love with a peace-promoting Palestinian man, Nabeel, only to later learn that he is gay and dating an Israeli man. Throughout the course of the story, we see Nahed's character change from vibrant to disheartened to impressionable to extreme. As her last resort, she becomes a suicide bomber in Israel. Nahed is a very powerful character with a lot of range and I really enjoyed portraying her. Saleem, the writer, did a great job in creating a dynamic and interesting character in Nahed. (cut and pasted from another interview, LOL
But I have to say the best job I ever had was working on Mad TV!!! I've never had so much fun in my entire life. I love doing sketch comedy!!

Which actors or people in your life have inspired you to take the path you've taken?

One of the artists I'm inspired by is Eminem - he overcame so much and he's very creative, clever, and sharp.

Whats the first thing that comes to mind when you see these names...

SamIam - I think he's reaaaaaaaally cute, so "nice eyes"
Renee - we are complete opposites so "opposite day" (lol, remember that?)
Emily - pretty white girl, so "tighty whities"
UmiSayz - he's my new favorite sunni, so he's "my sunshine"
Firepup - broke as a joke, so i think of "can't even pay attention"
Randel - banned muhahahaha (for those who don't know, muhahaha is like mad scientist laughter)

What would you say is your biggest regret & why?

I regret many things that I didn't do, especially career related. I always look back and think "I should have worked harder, I could have done this or done that". Then I have to remind myself that I'm doing just OK and to work to live not live to work. I love what I do so I try to pace myself. I think that the new scientologist freak Katie Holmes said it best when she called the downs in your career "God's pacing". *I always regret not spending enough time with my family.

Dolma or Pizza? dolma baby, dolma

Coffee or Tea?

coffee from Coffee Bean (White Chocolate Dream Latte)
Tea from my aunt's house

Number 1 or Number 2?

2 is better than 1

For any guys out there that are reading this & are "interested" in you..what tips or helpful advice would you give em?

Be all the boater that you can be. I like guys who speak Arabic well, especially impressed if they can read or write. A plus if you speak Chaldean too or have the desire to learn with me one day. Must be taller than 5'9", handsome, and into Arabic music and nargeela. Prefer someone NOT in the entertainment industry unless your name is Kathim Al Saher or someone preapproved by my grandma. *You have to be DAMN FUNNY too, and of course, tell me often that I'm hilarious too. Like I said, be all the boater that you can be :-D

If someone was to make a movie about your life..which actor would you want to be playing you?

Catherine Zeta Jones or maybe Angelina Jolie (shged shayfa ib rou7i, LMAO)

If Michael Jackson invited your son to sleep over his house would you let him? or would you sleep with him instead & go on his rides.

ithaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa he looks like a chimpanzee, eew jerk you asked that because you knew it would gross me out (BARRRRRRRRF) .

CONCLUSION...your final thoughts
