Thursday Night @ Ernies --MI

I was chillinn on the east side yesterday at this bar/club called Ernies. It's on 19 mile and Garfield. It's actually really nice. Drinks were cheap and the people were friendly. Thursday is supposed to be the best night there.

I've been to Ernies twice now and it is a pretty cool place. The food is very good if anyone is interested in eating there and Thursdays are much busier for our age group than saturdays. I was just there this past saturday and it seemed like a convention had let out..alot of suits.

speaking of Ernies, i have heard a lot about it. i havn't been there but we might try this week or next week. is it a big place??? or similar to big rocks

Never been to ernies before. I live and work near there and have never ever been there. i guess no hype from anyone I know. Although my favorite place right now is the Beach Grill in st.clair shores only because its a different scene then the usual stuffy michigan resturants. Outdoor patio on a canal (boats dock up there) with a live band playing 60,70,80's music.

ive been to beach grille-----but there were way toooooo many fish flies, i live so close to Ernies but everytime i try to mention it to my friend she says it looks dumb

I've been to Ernie's before and it's cool if you want 2 hang out somewhere different. There are Italians, Chaldeans and white people who usually go on Thursday night. It is a small place so it could get pretty crowded. Beach grille is ok also but there are toooooooo many damn boaters & east siders there. I'd rather chill in Birmingham or downtown.

I went to Beach Grill recently but the people didn't seem to bother anyone. If you are with people that are fun and interesting than who cares about anyone else????:think:

I myself like the american atmosphere there. People don't really bother me. It doesn't matter who they are. Think of it this way....more people you meet the better. Its called flirting UMMM I MEAN NETWORKING.

ive been to beachgrille to eat and there food isnt that great but the bands were cool it was jazz guys in braids

i completely agree...their food isn't the gr8test...but u should try a cup of wine on the deck outside n just sit, relaxe n chit chat with the girls....thats wat i call a good time..
