Sorry to hear that, may they rest in peace.

We lost a second cousin form my borther-in-laws side of the family, who still a cousin from my moms side. (you know how boaters marry cousins)
Anyway, he drove up to check point a little too fast and got shot. *When they relaized he was not an insurgent, they still didnt take him to a miltary hospital, they sent him to an iraqi hospital, where he died because of the lack of doctors and equipment. * If they would of taken him to a miltary hostpital, he would of lived.

:disgusted: *:disgusted: *:disgusted: *:disgusted: *:disgusted: *:disgusted:

I am so so sorry for all your losses. However, I feel Americans do not report the number of deaths that Iraqis have because first, if they did then more people would be against the war (there would be less support from the public). Second, because life there is so confusing; they do not have time to keep track. It is so unorganized--not saying the Americans are doing a bad job, because they are trying to organizing everything, but there are evil people in this world that try to stop good things from happening. Moreover, sadly I have most of my family there as well. All of my fathers side is there, living in fear and like there is no tomorrow.
