Teffo:

Those pictures are heartbreaking. *Who knows how many of those children or soldiers are still alive or will still be alive in another day, month or year.

If your family is still there I hope they're doing ok.

hey teffo.those pics r touching and im happy that some of those people r happy.back there its eye for an eye.most of the families in the major cities have lost or have had a family member severly wounded.even our chaldean families have had to run off because the muslims/kurds killing/raping/inslaving them.

this war was bad for all.even if we make it through the whole middle east and win without any nukes going off.50 years from now they will get a virus and activate a cell of terrorist to infect us all.lose lose situation.only way to win is to blow them all up.sad but true.

u all see how kind and sweet that picture is.teffo u might even know why that soldier was holding that lil baby.

all i can see is that that soldiers holding that baby because he just killed that babies family

I lost my Aunt and her 2 young daughters and my aunts other daughter, what happend was they were house sitting for a friend of theres. so they had walked to the house one afternoon and, the U.S army had gotten word that Saddam was close by, so they totally bombed the house where my family was and Saddam was in the house next door....that house didnt get any damage except for a little bit of the fence...

Wow. *Those kids have better handwriting than I do. *I wonder if they can read what "they" wrote. * *

Hey guys. *Let's voice our opinions through a demonstration. *I'll get the poster board. *You write down my thoughts in a language I, nor anyone surrounding me can understand. *Then i'll parade the board in front of news cameras and pretend I'm happy. *That'll show the naysayers!

In all seriousness. *Pictures of happy kids shouldn't be taken as an indication that things went smooth sailing during the course of a war. You can hand a kid a jolly rancher and evoke a smile out of them. *Big whop.

Sorry to say I agree with him too. i will not forget sitting next to this guy at the movies a couple monthes ago and before the movie started he started talking to me and he was telling me how he just came back from 9 monthes in Iraq. I was like I'm sorry to bother you but I am Iraqi and i want to know how you feel about everything happening there as someone who was there he was was like its a shame we are even there...he's like your country is breath taking. The people are nothing but humble they take you into their homes and feed you with what little food they have. He's like its sad that we are going there and ruining the land and the people that are doing the bombing and trying to fight us arent even iraqi people they are from iran and other surounding countries but Iraq is looking like that bad country. He's said his favorite thing to do was go to villages and give kids pens, paper, cryrons, and markers. He goes the smiles they give you for a piece of candy is unreal., He's like I would go back in a heartbeat just to help the people there. They were better off with Saddam at least they had water, hospitals, and people weren't dieing at our hands. :(

i never thought of it that way...but than again...you realize that schools teach english now? *also...maybe they told someone what they wanted it to say and had them right it down for them...

why are we so quick to judge the soldiers?

why are we so quick to judge the soldiers?

Because they're the enemies. Occupying a country is a negative thing. Just incase you didn't know that.

God Bless you Teffo... These pictures Speaks the Truth......

The Iraqi people are slowly but surly getting Fed up by the Criminal acts of those Insurgents, and sooner or later they will be all Destroyed, and we will be Liberated from the Thugs and Criminals that Ruled us for 50 odd years :)

I don't think the soldiers are the enemies. They were sent there without a choice. They have a job to do, whether they like it or not. It's sad that it involves killing others, especially the innocent.

Also, what good is it if they teach English at the schools but none of the kids are able 2 go to school because they feer for their life?

^^Or they don't have schools.

I'm not doging on the soldiers...They are there to do a job....but it is just hard to look at it from a iraqi and american perspective. I mean to me its a lose lose case...we are loseing soldiers and we are loseing our land and people.

It just needs to stop.
