I feel bad for their Defense. They returned 2 Interceptions for TD's and they STILL LOST THE GAME! Bring me the head of JOEY HARRINGTON!!!

oh my God, not Normie too. gosh, what does sports do to these innocent men. makes them
now we are virtually 2 games behind the bears since they swept the series. That means we have to win two games and the bears have to lose 2 games. Maybe chicago can lose 2 games, but can the f$%^$% Lions win two games???
That's the million f$%$% dollar questoin.
I mean just when both Minnesota and Green Bay r sucking this year, we, the lions are finding newer ways to f%^% up and give this conference away.
Its a sorry division! amm it says a lot when the fist place team is only 1 game over 500 I Just choose not to watch them anymore. I'm not ruining my sundays by getting all upset watching that kind of performance. When the start getting past the 2nd round maybe then I will start watching them again. Barry Please come back!!

the lions are ****ing sry bro. its embarassing to say im a lions fan. i feel like a red sox fan before they won the world series last year. every ****ing week i think theyll do better n they still find ways to **** up. erub lions erub steve mariucci joey and jeff. im ****ing pissed. the last time time i can remember our weak ass team was in the playoffs was like 99 or sum shit aganst the redskins (correct me if im wrong) and after we lost weve ****in been cursed. the next season we missed a field goal i think against the sorry ass browns (i think) then we started to truly ****ing suck. i think we should start a petition to get a new team lol. anyways thats the end of my rant

Those Lions...
It's tough being a fan of them...
I always have my hopes up, but they keep letting me down.
They make my heart hurt, they really do.
And I can't just give up on them, I wouldn't be a real fan.
Garcia brought my hopes up last week... now it's like watching a friend die and not being able to do anything about it.

Thats too early to make that kind of an assumption. Give Bears the chance that they deserve. They have the top 5 ranked defense, a rookie QB winning games, top 10 NFL league rusher. They're goin to win 10-11 games this season as long as the defense stay healthy and Kyle Orton keeps on improving like he did yesterday. He has to really work on his accuracy. Rex Grossman should be coming back in 3-4 weeks but they're stickin with Kyle Orton until he messes up. Grossman on the lineup , the offense are goin to look much better.

lol, that was sick.
i guess we are still in rebuilding mode. its like nothing has changed since 2000.
we've been in rebuilding mode since 1993.
U know, to come to think of it.. The Fords own the Lions and they are producing just as good as their cars...

The Vikes looked so much different today. I didn't even recognize them ;) Joey Harrington is just terrible. You guys better hope for Philip Rivers coming to your team next season.
Here are some additional Lions statistics:
There were a number of ugly statistics to show that the Lions' offense gave another feeble performance:
• Harrington led them in rushing with 17 yards on four scrambles. Kevin Jones, Shawn Bryson and Artose Pinner combined to gain 41 yards on 16 carries. LOOOOL
• Play selection and execution have been issues all season. The Lions go to the sidelines more than the middle of the field.
On a fourth-and-7 in the fourth quarter, Harrington threw short to Scottie Vines for 4 yards -- 3 yards short of a first down. :disgusted:
• For the first 12:51 of the third quarter, the furthest the Lions advanced the ball with a pass was 4 yards. However, it was in the wrong direction. A pass to Pollard lost 4 yards.
Before that, Harrington's other completions in the quarter were to fullback Cory Schlesinger for gains of 3 and 2 yards.
At least they were in the right direction -- for a team headed nowhere. :disgusted:

If you get your ass kicked by a team without their star QB, then you don't deserve to have success lol.
Matt Millien needs to go! in my opinion it starts with the top.
i cant believe awhile back they gave that sob a contract extenstion and rise
