having a problem posting a pic in my posts

I was and have been trying to post a picture in a post and it wont let me. I know to copy and paste the URL and then put that Img BBcodes around the address. So I do that and it wont show the image, I am doing something wrong?

idk did u have bbcode disabled?

^ i just checked my settings and no it is not, the only thing disabled is the HTML (whatever that is?)

also how do u put a title under your screen name as you have?

Im trying to do that and it still wont post my pic in the post, it only shows the address of the pic, opposed to the actual picture displayed. I really dont know what I am doing wrong?

update, i did figure out the attachment thing but not that othere way
