Eddie Guerrero passes away

WWE is deeply saddened by the news that Eddie Guerrero has passed away. He was found dead Sunday morning in his hotel room in Minneapolis. Eddie is survived by his wife Vickie and daughters Shaul, 14, Sherilyn, 9, and Kaylie Marie, 3.



The cause of death is unknown at this time. An autopsy will be performed in Minneapolis on Monday, and Eddie's body will then be flown to Phoenix. Funeral arrangements are set for Wednesday in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Whoaaa, that news just really shocked me. I'm not that big of a wrestling fan anymore (although I was really into it hardcore back in the day), but I still caught it here and there from time to time. He played the character of the heel (the bad guy), but when we step away from this, the WWE (or what many of us used to know as the WWF) is just sports entertainment and Eddie was a great guy in real life. May God rest his soul and be with his family, friends, and other loved ones. You will be missed Eddie, RIP.

That was a real shocker! I stopped watching wrestling about 4 yrs ago but i've always enjoy the luchadores and the lucha libres!I've some wrestling this year and man this guy was so much different and better shape. He was one of the best. RIP!

Oh no oh no oh no

My 13 year old sister loves this guy. For her birthday last year, she wanted to go see him when the show came to the Palace and I said he'll always come again and I thought she was too young for the shows and now he's gone. She wanted to see him so bad. Oh man, she's in school right now and I swear this girl is in love with this guy. Oh man, this is going to break her heart. My baby girl. Oh man, she's seriously one of his biggest fans. If you only knew how many times she's talked about him at home and how many pictures of him she has. Oh man, this is going to be so bad. :cry:

this most be a huge issue in the wrestling world. They did a story about this a while back on how many wrestlers are dying real young. Steroids, pain killers and what not are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to these wrestlers. They are paying a huge price for fame. It sucks for them, cause the price is there body.
