FAVOURITE MEMBER/S

Kikwha, Caz, SamIam, SamD

FUNNIEST MEMBER/S

SamIam, SamD, Kikwha, Caz when i piss her off and she calls me "Dirty" in chaldean, Firepup

MOST INTERESTING MEMBER/S

Missbagdad intrigues me, even though I've had minimal contact with her. There aren't many chaldeans who are so artistic and also so passionate about the arts.

What made you join this site & why did you stay?

I was curious to see if there were any online chaldean communities. I've never been involved too much with the chaldean community in my life, though I don't think chaldeanchat constitutes being involved, it is nice to find a group of people I can relate to on some level.

What made you choose your career path?

I used to be a geek..well..correction..i used to be more of a geek than I am now. I was a network engineer, contracted out to ford. I hated ever second of it. One day it just hit me, that I wanted to become a police officer. The more I looked into it, the most i wanted to become a cop. It requires people skills, quick thinking, tactical training, firearms, physical abilities...list goes on. Everyday is a different day in law enforcement, and there are so many opportunities within a department to advance to.

So you're asking, isn't he a firefighter? Yes I am, after one of my classes, some chick told me about the firefighter position and told me i should give it a shot. I was working at circuit city at the time, and going to school at the same time working on my criminal justice degree(almost done, woohoo!) Everyday at circuit city was the worst day of my life, i hated it. I applied and got the job as a part time firefighter, but the original motivation behind it was to better my chances at getting a law enforcement job. I am now in the process of getting a job at the Flint Police Department. Wish me luck.

Oh, and what's a given is the "helping people" part, I can take a lot more pride in that then say, helping some company that doesn't give two shits about me make some more money.

What do you enjoy doing on your spare time?

Sports, i'm very athletic. I'm very passionate about music and making it. I absolutely love my guitars. I am still part geek, and so I do play some computer games(shut up Stella and caz, it's just some!) I also enjoy mountain biking a lot.

Is love between two people a state of mind or a bond between souls?

State of mind. I don't believe in soulmates, because that would mean I believe in things like destiny and fate, which I don't. I believe we make our own roads in life.

Got any hidden talents?

Nope, and I did, they wouldn't be hidden.

What is your fondest childhood memory?

Playing street hockey and owning the shit out of everyone.

What are your 3 biggest fears in life?

Letting those down who rely on me. ****ing up on the job resulting in the loss of life(it's happened). Death involving anyone close to me.
Clowns.

What do you like most about your job & why?

That every call is different, that nature of the job is different from most jobs, that I get paid to work out, that I get to do cool stuff like train in frozen lakes or climb high ass buildings. The occasional adrenaline rush(fire, major car extrications, major medicals), being able to take pride in what I do. I try to remain indifferent about helping people, because once I care too much, things can become too emotional when things do not work the way they should have.

What comes to mind when you see these names

Caz - Too sweet for her own damn good.
UmiSayz - The name reminds me of this guy i met named "Kuss Umi"
BONO - Beer, hyper, redwings
LiL BiT - I think she voted to ban me.
Renee - "If you have nothing nice to say........"
JShino - Blank
Teffo - Thinks I'm funny for some reason. Needs to hurry up and learn herself some damn guitar. Lazy ass.

If you could be anyone dead or alive who would it be & why?

My dad, during tax season, so my taxes would get done on time for once.

Yay OR Nay

Ear Wax- Why would I say yes to this?
Cammel Toe- Nay, i do not own one
Liver- Yay, I do own one
Pigeons- Nay, they poop too much
McDonalds- NAY!!
Lesbians- mmmmmmmmmm..er...Yay!
Iraq- Yay
Iran- Indifferent

What do you look for in the opposite sex?

I could go on for pages about how I would like someone who's intelligent, funny, open minded, challenging..etc etc etc...

Or I could sum it up like this "Someone of equal or greater awesomeness in relation to my own."

What is 1 belief you have that you will carry with you until death?

I'll get back to you when I die.

Pick 5 people from the forum you dont fancy...these people youd have to be stuck in a room with

Instead of burning bridges, I'll say that even though there are members who I would consider to be close minded, ignorant, stubborn and ego/ethnocentric amongst other things, they are generally good people at heart.

Have you made any good friends from the forum?

I talk to Cazzy and Kikhwa on a regular basis. Even if one of them calls me shkhito all the time"

What makes you a stronger person.....regrets or experience?

Experience. Prolonged regrets aren't healthy, instead of looking at past decisions as failed choices, look at them as learning experiences.

Do you wake up OR open your eyes first?

Depends, did i have a nightmare?

Are you supersticous or realistic?

I'm very realistic.

"He who laughs last thinks the slowest" ....would you agree?

No, because some people(like me) add more to the joke inside their head. Then again, some people are just damned stupid.

CONCLUSION....your final thoughts.

Nothing insightful or mind provoking thoughts are coming to me right now. So I'll just finish by saying not to take life so seriously, you'll live longer.
