Rules for Sooma?
What exactly were the days/rules for sooma where you had to fast? I haven't in a couple of years and was just wondering because I wanted to reconnect with the religion and Chaldean Catholic faith again starting with Easter/fasting.
ALSO - Haven't posted here in years...hi haha |

sacrifice by giving something up or vowing to change your life for the better. some people give up food as an excuse to diet, but consider doing something like promising to pray more or go to church every week. also, no meat on fridays - fish is okay.
